Shouldn’t the congress be able to reign in the EPA? Time to bring pressure on them, especially if Cap and Tax fails.

I don't see it happening with this Congress. The left is all political all the time. we are the only ones that actually care about the future of the country.

Everyone on the left is looking only at the next election cycle.

Yes they can but the will not. It would require political courage and staking out a position that loud pushy well funded "Enviormental" activist groups will not like. So Congress, being typical political cowards, will do nothing then blame the economic consequences on the EPA.
