Eugenicists beginning with Margaret Sanger (Planned Parenthood founder and Hitler fan-club vice pres.) looked at black people and saw a teeming mass of “undesireables”.
She and those of her ilk have been targeting the black community for destruction ever since, strategically placing Planned Parenthood clinics in, or near schools in many predominantly black neighborhoods across America,and quietly conducting a racial genocide of unborn black babies ever since Roe v Wade made it easier for the merchandising of death.
Too bad we can’t go dig SSanger up and hang her just on principle...

You've hit the nail right on the head. No people are innately so self-destructive. The pathology of crime and violence among the black population has been purposely indoctrinated into them by the hard left.
The massive deceit that has been perpetrated upon black Americans by the left is nothing short of genocide. Through decades of forced mis-information, a concerted effort to destroy the educational standards of blacks in general, the imposition of massive government intrusions in the way of welfare programs, affirmative action, housing assistance, and the promotion of the concept of "multi-culturalism", blacks have been been nearly destroyed as a people.
The effort, all along, has been to cause blacks to individuate themselves from the mainstream American culture, and to foster among them a strongly agreed-upon mindset of failure, hopelessness, disability, and victimhood status. The result is a broken, dysfunctional subset of the the population that can be easily manipulated for nefarious purposes.
It's diabolical. Pure evil, through and through. I thank my lucky stars that I am one of the few who managed to escape it.
