Probably not, and if it is covered it will be spun in a way that diminishes the racism and emphasizes the socioeconomic factors. By not reporting the truth and facilitating an honest discussion they (the MSM and all perpetuators of ridiculous political correctness) are promoting a breakdown in race relations. These thugs aren't representative of black people, but they are a big problem that needs to be dealt with openly and honestly. Clearly black on black crime is the biggest threat to the safety of black communities, and thugs like these likely include those who prey on people within their own communities.

I sick to bleeding-gums death of those kind of headlines. Like you I got jumped and worked over (BOW) by a bunch of ignorant punks. They were pretty outspoken advocates for racial harmony. A mild concussion was all I got, but it really played hell with my previously friendly attitude. I think two legged animals of every hue just use race as an excuse to pull that crap, and they really do make life miserable for normal human beings. Politicians, and 'community leaders' who egg them on should go to jail for it. I agree with you that the Obama presidency has emboldened a lot of black thugs, and racial tensions have been exacerbated greatly as a result. Personally I'm running out of optimism. Our country is perishing for lack of real leadership, and a functioning moral compass.

Two of these (always more than one) disadvantaged youths tried something like this on a friend of mine - demanded he buy them beer, and when he refused, they started moving in on him. My friend then pulled out his little buddy and told them to start walking away. They did more than walk, they ran. They will probably think twice before pulling this again on a white boy.

This even finding the news is surprising to me. Anyone that takes a trip to downtown Memphis will tell you that this is the norm. Blacks in Memphis target whites..period. There is the black on black crime but if a whitey wanders into the neighborhoods it becomes a shark like feeding frenzy.

I'd also venture that the majority of blacks are more racist than the Klan could ever be; PC dictates that it is not to be reported.

Nice shirt, and I agree with your sympathies, however, it is the politically correct climate that has to change. The police don’t do their job, the media doesn’t do its’ job. Street justice is instant gratification. I remember the Goetz incident very well, Troy Canty and his buds got the surprise of their lifes. Bernie got no support over the long run and was keel-hauled through an agonizing and expensive legal process that ruined him over the years. Simply put, if you are partying in a big city, you gotta watch your back, anything can happen, and nobody will help you. It is dangerous out there. A veritable jungle.
