I have had a lot of fun with Lib associates when I give them one of Thomas Sowell’s columns to read. They either start to think for themselves, or their heads explode! Dr. Sowell explains the truth in such a superb manner that no one can refute what he says.

Minimum wage laws appear to give low-income workers something for nothing and appearances are what count in politics. Realities can be left to others, so long as appearances get votes.
the reality is that anybody making money above the minimum is essentially getting a pay CUT...
then adding to that the added cost for minumum wage produced goods is a double whammy...
but the pols already knew that...
