I wonder what this guy's opinion was of Howard Dean's level of comfort with non-whites, since Vermont is 99.6% white, and Dean used to work at and be on the board of an organization founded by a woman who wanted to drastically reduce the black population?

I'm sure he figured Dean is OK with non-whites, because like Palin he's married to a person of mixed race...oops, never mind. Must be because Dean never makes ethnic jokes...oops, never mind.

In all seriousness, I wonder how many Dems in Congress represent districts or states that are quite a bit whiter than Wasilla. For example, I doubt very much that Barney Frank's district is any less than 90% white, and Connecticut's two Dem Senators represent a population that is 87% white.

Apparently I wasn’t clear.

Pointing out that “the left” or “the NYT” or “the AP” are lying is worthless, but it’s what most people do. Instead, they should focus on the specific author in question, and try to arrange things so that the audience for that author will see your critique of that author. I do that through comments on their posts, through twitter, and through google. On the one hand I don’t want the competition, but on the other it’s more than a bit odd that in a country of 300+ million people I’m one of the few who’s figured that out.

Ah, looked at the page but missed that somehow. Being from northern New England, I’m not surprised. I met more non-whites in my first year in the Air Force than I had met my whole life prior to enlisting.
