I've been following the case. I have spent some time in Italy including Perugia. But even I can say, "I still don't know much about it".

A lot of conflicting information, stories that prove not to be true and unexplained behavior by all involved. Still a real mystery to me as to what exactly happened.

Would there have been enough evidence to convict in an American court? No. Was there any real evidence to link Amanda or her boyfriend (of one week) to the immediate murder scene? No. But did Amanda and her boyfriend tell stories that were dis-proven? Yes. Do I think that one or both of them knew more than they stated? Yes. But that leaves us all with the idea that, "What could have been more important to hide than clearing ourselves of murder?" Nothing. So why didn't they just tell the truth about everything if they weren't involved? Have absolutely no idea, and that's what leads many to think that they are guilty and me to wonder what the heck happened.

Like I said, a real mystery.
