She called HERSELF, Foxy Knoxy.....a friend of mine read her Facebook(?) when it first happened and she sounded like a slut per my friend.

There were fingerprints in the room of the murder of everyone but Amanda's, including a mysterious third person not caught. The prosecution claimed she wiped her fingerprints away.
To: JRochelle
From the articles I have read my impression was that she either did it herself or was very involved in the murder. This woman also has disturbing mental issues. She was often smiling when they reconstructed the murder and did a cartwheel during a break. Totally sick.
Just because she looks not guilty doesn’t make it so.

So sounding like a slut is akin to being a murderer?
I don’t follow your logic.
And she called herself Foxy?
Is that evidence that she is a killer?

The person who did this was convicted of this crime last year.

Contaminated DNA don’t you know.
Sounds just like the excuse in the OJ case.

That she blamed an innocent man for the murder didn’t do her any good.
She was also convicted on the calumny charge as well.

ITA, i have followed the trial my oldest daughter did a semester in Rome last year. I think Amanda was rightly found guilty and it’s ridiculous to have people on this thread proclaiming her innocent because she looks sweet.

One of the pieces of evidence was a kitchen knife out of Amanda's apartment, that had Amanda's fingerprints on it. Go figure.
It was determined later that that kitchen knife did not produce the wounds on the body. I thought for sure they we acquit her then, but they were determined long ago that they were going to find her guilty.

Anyone who disagrees with your interpretation of the evidence in this case is ignorant and without a damn clue.
Okay then.
IMHO your comments are ignorant.

“Do they have juries in Italy?”
Yes but don't expect them to be as fair as what you would find in the U.S. Polls were showing in Italy yesterday that a overwhelming majority of Italians wanted her found guilty and given Life in Prison. Don't think for a minute the jury did not know how the country wanted the verdict to go.
To: avid
Eight jurors plus two magistrates formed the jury.

I don’t know much about how courts work, but I think that in America, the number of times the prosecution changed their theories, there would have been a mistrial at least. Maybe even charges dismissed.
Prosecutors can’t go into court and change their whole ideas depending on what day of the week it is.
