[[Boxer, the top Democrat on the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, said that the recently-released emails, showing scientists allegedly overstating the case for climate change, should be treated as a criminal matter.]]

Well babs, should those in positions of leadership who ‘overstated the case for climate change’ also be prosecuted too? I’m sure we can count on you to aggresively pursue criminal charges against Obama, Ried, Kerry, Pelosi, Al Gore, and ANYONE else who ‘overstated the case for climate change’ right? No? Thought not!

Oh, and by the way, this isn’t ‘Email Theft-gate” you dolt- check your facts before uttering moronic statements liek that again please

[[”We may well have a hearing on this, we may not.]]

WRONG answer Babs!
