I read and SAW THEIR PICTURES AS HIS BUDDIES on Maurice Clemmons personal page, and it bears repeating here and elsewhere:
Clemmon’s Twitter buddies are/were Al Sharpton, Cong Keith Ellison, and Rachel MADdow!!!
He was ID’d and confirmed at the scene by the SPD and fire dept medics.

According to Medved last night: This guy had a total of 9 felony convictions in Arkansas - commuted by Huckabee; then committed/accused of committing 6 more felonies (including under-age rape) in Washington. He was released on a “cash bond” of $15,000.00 from the perp 15 days after being released from prison, plus another few tens of thousands from a bail biond agency the night he killed the four cops.
If Huckabee had not released him form prison (about 250-odd years were commuted); he could not have committed the additional crimes in Washington State.
Pretty good police work at 3 AM, IMHO. Prayers up for the families of the dead officers.

Apparently, out-of-state convictions don’t count in the Washington 3 strikes law!!!
Actually, probably he does NOT deserve the reward, since he shot the con in the line of duty - that is, while doing his JOB. He MAY have earned a Marksmanship Commendation.
I heard that all the Huck did was cut his sentence from 108 years to 47 years. STILL, someone else let him out in two years or so. Why is that?
this is what allowed him to be paroled early... so what Huckabee did DOES matter...

He is NOT allowed to get the reward, none the less, he deserves it. I am very grateful that this Officer used his experience, skill and instinct at this critical point to take down a dangerous man. IMHO, the Officer was 100% on duty and should get every accolade and reward available.
