Oh yes, why certainly! However, it appears she won't need that advanced healthcare degree because Obamacare treatment will be handled by graduates from the Guadalupe School of Medicine. First graduates are already enrolled! Say hello to Doctors Hector, Vasquez, Martinez and Pashtuvishna (wait a minute, how'd he slip in there?).
