Glenn Beck - he has one of the highest-rated shows on the top cable news network. He's had a number of bestselling books and he's called attention to some unsavory characters working in the Obama administration. Yet - he's somehow considered to be a risky business decision for the powers in charge at Fox News.

On CNN's Nov. 29 "Reliable Sources," host Howard Kurtz pointed out Glenn Beck accusing Sen. Mary Landrieu, D-La., of "hooking" for the so-called $300 million "Louisiana Purchase" provision of the health care bill.

"He's talking there about Louisiana Sen. Mary Landrieu, who did get a provision in order to get her support for breaking the filibuster on the health care bill - $300 million for Louisiana," Kurtz said. "He said she was ‘hooking,' basically called her a prostitute."

I don't know who was calling Landrieu a hooker first, but Limbaugh also said that about her on his show and Leno used what Limbaugh said in his routine that night.

Of course, like Beck, Limbaugh is also a ticking time bomb and he's been doing his show for how many decades now? Boom.

This time it's NBC that may lose its debate for the comments of political correspondent David Shuster Thursday. Talking about ex-First Daughter Chelsea Clinton on the campaign trail Shuster said it was "a little bit unseemly to me that Chelsea's out there calling up celebrities, saying support my mom, and she's apparently also calling these super delegates," in a conversation with Bill Press.Then he said "Doesn't it seem like Chelsea's sort of being pimped out in some weird sort of way?"

Well lookie whose name pops up when it comes to making the prostitute=politician analogy. No problem when his buddy Shuster does it. lol
