Dumb question, have they had any of those crowd control ‘exercises’ or unused fenced facilities in those parts?

Apparently they were all Lakewood police officers (not sheriffs) and the police are now saying it’s NOT gang-related. I imagine they mean drug gang related.
So I’m leaning towards not-so-sudden black jihad syndrome. These cops were known to stop there every morning and their cars were parked out front.
