For those who cannot watch the video, Murtha is acting as Chair of the House and they are taking a voice vote on some journal.
Murtha asks all those in favor say ‘aye’ and you barely hear any members saying ‘aye’.
Murtha then asks all those opposed to say “no” and a very loud chorus of members yells out “no”.
Murtha then states that it is his opinion that the ayes have it.
Sensenbrenner tries to challenge the vote several times, but Murtha simply keeps saying the ‘ayes’ have it.

How do people like him continue to get elected? After what he said about the Marines and the Haditha incident, all of which was proved to be false, Murtha should be tried and hanged for treason IMO. The voters of PA have yet another chance to send this scumbag packing in 2010. Let us hope they do exactly that......
