He’s already stalking me on another thread. He really enjoys the attention. Why Jim hasn’t zotted him is beyond me. Better freepers have been banished for less.
I believe Jim has taken a different tack toward zots. There was a thread a month or so ago by an Ad Mod asking that we get less proactive on calling for zots. I think the intention is to use our knowledge and wit in putting these people in their place instead of seeking zots right off the bat.
I go along with that. Zots are fun, and there are any number of trolls who deserve a zot. But there are also divisive members who we should be able to marginalize. I suspect that’s what’s at play here.
To get him slapped, you only have to prove that he followed you to a thread. That’s an easy thing to do by determining who posted to the thread first. If it happens on 2 separate threads and you posted first, you can prove stalking. Unless the poster is bringing a subject from another thread onto a new thread, then it doesn’t matter, that’s stalking.

That’s interesting. He’s calling you out for something other posters are far more guilty of. That’s obvious stalking to me. You were actually giving Tiger the benefit of the doubt.
