THIS SOUNDS PRETTY CONVINCING, DAVE. I’m skeptical it’s 100% of the total picture but it’s a convincing tale.

The First Operative
Cattle Mutilations
101 - A

” Girodo went on to describe an East Colorado ranch that he knew to be under heavy security-with guards, guard dogs, chained access routes, and so forth.

The ranch was owned by some sort of doctor.”

The Mutilation Mystery by Ed Sanders, Sept. 1976, OUI Magazine

” Ya, I remember that ranch! It had UFO’s, Unmarked helicopters, and a lot of very strange things happening there.”

Cpt. Keith Wolverton, Cascade County Sheriff’s Office, Retired. Feb. 20, 2005

” Even if John was involved, I wouldn’t admit it!”
Louis Girodo, Chief Investigator, Trinidad, Colorado, Retired, Feb. 17, 2005

” In Colorado’s Morgan County area, there has also been reports that a helicopter was used by those who mutilated the carcasses of the cattle, and several persons have reported being chased by a similar helicopter”
Senator Floyd K. Haskell, Colorado, August 29, 1975

Orientation

From the fall of 1973 to the fall of 1980, farmers and ranchers were plagued with one of the most peculiar phenomena’s ever to occur in the history of the United States. By the end of the 1970’s cattle mutilations had occurred in 22 states covering just over 1.28 million square miles of mostly private land. To date, not one person has ever been arrested, or linked with the surgical mutilation of those cattle and other livestock, until now.

Originally, several theories were put forth. Predators, Satanic Occults, UFO’s, and Government Biological warfare research. By the end of 1975 the predator and Occult theories were dead, but regrettably the UFO theory stuck for three decades now. The “ ET did it” theory is an absolute lie.

UFO - ET theory Defunct

An incident occurred in mid-December of 1974 that made cattle mutilations synonymous with UFO’s. Prior to that, all the reports were about mysterious, and sometimes-unmarked helicopters. A cow was found mutilated on a farm belonging to Frank Schiflbien, near Kimball, Minnesota. There had also been a number of UFO sighting in the state at that time. Terry Mitchell, an amateur UFO buff made a cursory examination of the mutilation site and came to the conclusion that hovering aliens had beamed a high-energy ray at the cow. He also noted broken branches at the location that he chalked up to a UFO moving in and out of the area. There were also indentations in the farmer’s pond that he claimed had been made by UFO landing gear. Mitchell’s theory created a media moment that escalated in to a telephone interview on the Tom Sayder’s NBC Tomorrow Show in late 1974.

Dr. J Allen Hynek, Director of the Center for UFO Studies and a professor of astronomy at Northwestern University caught wind of the event and took an interest in it. He asked his good friend, Donald E. Flickinger, a special agent for the Treasury Departments Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms to investigate it for him.

Flickinger went to Kimball and interviewed Frank Schifelbien. The UFO hypothesis was rapidly discredited. The holes in the pond were watering holes, and the tree branches had been broken by the wind and by Schiflbien himself. All the rest of the evidence was examined and found to be groundless. However, word of Dr. Hynek’s interest in the case spread quickly across the U.S. After that, every light was a UFO. The CIA jumped on this like white on rice, and used the UFO farce as cover for the real reasons behind the mutilations. The government was doing secret biological weapons research.

Purpose of Report

The report will conclude that a veterinarian in Colorado was performing some of the surgical mutilations, and it will explain my theories as to how the operations were accomplished. This report will also establish that there was a massive government cover up over those years as well.

The Purpose of the Cattle Mutilations

Simply put, the cattle and other live stock were being shot with various types of bacteria, primarily of the Clostridia family. I believe that some animals were also being used for the development of pathogens. Agents for which mankind had no natural immunity. A wide review of mutilations across the U.S. shows many variations i.e. a few cases of radiation at the hind end and head of the animal, and an array of foreign chemicals and compounds found in many of the animals for which no logical explanation can be made.

Further, about 65 recently declassified biological research documents from that time period, have been all but totally blacked out. Recently declassified documents from the Nixon administration make it very clear that the United States was trying to find ways to synthesize Toxins and Pathogens. As all of the biological and chemical weapons had been destroyed by 1973, it was extremely important for the military and the CIA to be able to synthesize these and other agents quickly, so they could meet a threat against the U.S. in days, instead of months, as was previously required to produce sufficient quantities of agents.

However, there had been a long-standing desire to synthesize “designer toxins” going all the way back to 1961. The government originally sought toxins that would primarily effect Orientals, but later broadened this to include those of African decent. Just for the record. Purified Clostridium Botulium (Saxitoxin) was being produced by 1952, and by the middle of the 1960’s the Army had antidotes for all sub species. In virtually every state where mutilations had occurred, they found clostridial infections to be the cause of death in some cases.

Why on Private Land

This question comes up a lot, but the answer is really simple. You must first understand that offensive biological weapons research was illegal in the United States after February, 1970, and that’s exactly what they were doing. The effects of various types of Clostridia bacteria needed to be tested at different altitudes and across different climates. The cost of maintaining thousands of animals across the United States would have been out of the question, and I believe the CIA had early on determined that this course would increase the risk of government exposure and oversight as well.

Evidentiary Findings

This report concludes that John Henry Altshuler, M.D. (a veterinarian) performed illegal surgical procedure’s (mutilations) on cattle and other live stock at his ranch located at 5700 Danbarton Drive, Englewood, CO 80111, in Arapahoe County Colorado in the year 1975.

Investigative History

In late 2003 I began investigating the cattle mutilations of the 1970’s. Of course, like many others I down loaded the FBI mutilation files. I remember spending long nights looking over those files with a magnifying glass, as the copy quality was really bad.

In the course of reviewing these records I ran across a copy of an article titled The Mutilation Mystery, written by Ed Sanders back in Sept of 1976. It had a whole section on Clostridia bacteria, which was one of the links I was working on. I decided to see if I could find a copy of that magazine.

It took about two weeks to find one on Ebay, order it, and receive it in the mail. I very carefully made copies of the whole article, and took it to work with me. I read it over and over, highlighting every word, line, and paragraph that seemed to hold research gold. This is how, and where I began to get the names of people involved in the mutilation investigations back then. The first person I was able to get hooked up with in May 2004 was Gabe Valdez.

I think it was around Sept. of 2004 when I called the Trinidad District Attorneys Office in Colorado, and a woman there was kind enough to give me the home and cell phone numbers of Louis Girodo. Lou was on vacation, so it still took a couple of weeks before we finally got a chance to talk. I originally wanted to pick his brain for first hand information and clues I hoped would help solve some of the questions surrounding the mutilations. Along the way I found out that he was a friend of Dr. John Altshuler. I thought to myself, this would be a great opportunity to see if he could hook me up with the one person who was suppose to be the worlds leading authority on cattle mutes. Then several weeks later he came out and told me Dr. Altshuler was dead.

I thought that was very odd, that he had not told me this from the beginning. I originally started out sharing information with him on his assurance that he would reciprocate. He led me to believe that he would share records with me and help in locating information and getting others involved like his friend the senator. I did get some key elements of information out of Louis Girodo. One of the things I found out was that Dr. Altshuler loved to fly.

I had also purchased a DVD of Altshulers cattle mutilation lecture “Eclectic Viewpoint” in October 2004. I watched it several times. I made an audio recording of it and every chance I got, I wrote down statements he had made. The more I listened and watched the more convinced I became that his reason for doing this lecture was to continue the hoax of government misinformation.

Girodo had told me that they had been very close friends for many years and it seems logical that they would have shared some information about the mutilations and investigative efforts to solve the mystery. Given the unprecedented amount of research I had done, and official records I had reviewed, the color of Dr. Altshulers statements became painfully transparent. He was, in my opinion, feeding the public a load of lies about UFO’s and the cattle mutilations. One statement in particular stuck in my head.

“We have heard reports of unmarked helicopters, what ever that means. “
- Dr. John Henry Altshuler, Eclectic Viewpoint, 1994

Louis Girodo had told me that he saw unmarked helicopters on two occasions over the 1970’s and that the occupants were wearing black jump suits. I had also gotten validation of this information from several other law enforcement sources as well including Keith Wolverton. There is no way that Dr. Altshuler should have made such statements, given his broad knowledge of cattle mutilations in Colorado.

At almost every turn in his lecture he tries to dupe the audience into believing that the mutilations were done by ET, and that no one knows how it was done.

” The bottom line is that nobody knows, ….its kinda fun to guess. “

I finally made my last phone call to Louis Girodo on Feb. 17, 2005. Cloaked in my best manipulative behavior, I dialed the phone in hopes of getting that one piece of information that I firmly believed he was in possession of. That John Altshuler was the owner of the ranch he told Ed Sanders about in 1975.

I pushed the question about the doctor’s name and the location of the ranch. He became evasive and said something to the effect that he did a lot more then just cattle mutilation investigations He went on to tell me about his work with the Fed.’s and DEA looking for drug smugglers. This evasive rambling went on for a minute or so, and I could note a small rise in his voice as he began to talk a little faster with a few stressors in his words. Then he slipped and made a statement.

“Even if John was involved, I wouldn’t admit it!”

Bingo! That’s all I needed to hear. Now, I was absolutely certain that Dr. Altshuler was our man. Armed with this statement I set out to prove that Altshuler was the owner of that ranch and where it was located.

I also paid for an Internet search of all the former addresses where Dr. John Henry Altshuler had lived in Colorado. All the addresses came back as BOGUS! Further, there were no phone numbers past or present, and his real address were he had lived for decades, was no where to be found.

Correlating the Facts

We will follow every relevant statement made by Louis Girodo and Ed Sanders back in 1975 try to prove them to be true or false.

Did Dr. Altshuler own a ranch in 1975, and where was it located?

With a great deal of effort I contacted a Title company in Colorado, and finally came up with enough information for them to run a search. The lady at the Title Company faxed the information to me and sure enough, he did own a ranch in East Colorado back in 1975. It was located at 5700 Danbarton Drive, Englewood, CO 80111. Here is an aerial photo of the ranch.

I also correlated this with law enforcement officers that this strange ranch in 1975 with all the UFO, unmarked helicopters, and van - trailer activity was located in Arapahoe county in the township of Englewood, CO.

Here is a bank document that shows Dr. Altshuler took out a $45,000 loan on one of his lots on the ranch in 1977.

In Ed Sanders the Mutilation Mystery he states he was leaving Kiowa Colorado in July 1975, heading west on route 86. He was passed by a big shiny white van pulling a large white trailer doing about 85 miles per hour. He noted that it was Texas plates, but was unable to get the plate number.

Could this van - trailer have been heading for Altshulers ranch?

Yes! Going west on route 86 you would cut down through Castle Rock and head North on U.S. 25. This would put you about 1 mile away from Dr. Altshulers ranch.

Louis Girodo also stated in the article that the doctor called the local FAA to complain that law enforcement was flying over his ranch and taking photos.

Is there a local Federal Aviation Administration near Dr. Altshulers ranch?

Yes, there most certainly is! Today, it is listed as the Centennial Airport Traffic Control Tower, 7800 South Peoria Street, Englewood, Colorado, 80112. It is located about four miles from Dr. Altshulers ranch.

Even Louis Girodo thought that Dr. Altshuler’s ranch was doing some of the mutilations back in 1975 before they came to be friends.

“We feel that he’s using those damn trailers” Girodo said. “That setup is perfect: They’ve got a van; they got all the ground support in that van pulling that trailer;
and the chopper, the investigator continued, could be put in the air in a matter of minutes.”

Part of Louis Girodo’s statement to Ed Sanders about the ranch was that it had “chained access routes”, indicating it had multiple access routes.

Does Altshuler’s ranch have multiple access routes?

Yes, as we saw in the aerial photo.

Now we need to correlate the proximity of the mutilations to his ranch. Where the areas near enough to his ranch that a helicopter could bring the cattle in and return them to their respective properties in a fairly short amount of time.

Was Dr. Altshuler’s ranch close to where mutilations were happening?

Yes, There were three counties that got hit extremely hard in 1975. Douglas, Elbert, and Morgan counties.

Douglas and Elbert counties were only minutes away by chopper.

Can a large anumal be air lifted out by a helicopter? Yes!

However, this is not the style of chopper that was used, or the method of air lifting the dead cattle out. We will cover that in the “ Air Lifting of Cattle “ section.

Air Lifting of Cattle

The following theory is based on solid evidence. After having reviewed countless State Police records, mutilation photos, and other records as well as interviews with retired investigators, I believe the following is pretty accurate as to how cattle were air lifted out and returned. This is a generalized description that would fit the majority of cases, but Im certain there were some variations i.e. a hoist could have been used in place of a climbing rope and so on.

A person or team of several people were used to locate cattle and case out the most opportune areas and times. They would typically be dressed in black jump suits of a sort,
(CIA trained & contracted), usually small light weight people. On the evening of an incident, the person or team would walk into the area located about 180 yards or more from the animal. They would shoot the animal with a toxin or what ever they were testing at the time, and the animal would be paralyzed and or dead in very short order. If it was purified Clostridium Botulium, the cow would be dead in seconds. Some of the things they were testing could have used MEF’s “Mortality-Enhancing Factors” that had been developed by the Army.

In any case, once the animal had been shot it would fall on its side, and a quick radio call to a helicopter already in the air would go out giving the grid coordinates of the target. The ground team would move out, and in minutes the helicopter would come in low, hugging the ground to help muffle the sound of the chopper blades. I was in Vietnam, and I can tell you that many of these pilots were damn good.

They would hover about 35 feet or so over the dead animal, four ropes would go flying out of the center doors, two on each side. At the end of each of these ropes would be a specialized clamp system. Then would go out a climbing rope from one side, and a small person would climb down and position himself on top of the animal. Using a point man in the chopper, the pilot would move the air craft from side to side so the ground person could get the clamps on the animals legs. They would lift off slowly so the ground person could check that the clamps would hold and away they would go to the facility that would do the mutilations, usually a high security ranch, or secured location. The chopper would stay in the air while the cow was being processed, and return the carcass to the property once everything was done.

Can this be done? Absolutely!

By landing on top of the animal and doing everything from there, there would be NO TRACKS! Also, there were many different types of choppers used early on, but it looks like the one that was used the most after 1975 was the Huey 2.

More proof of helicopter air lifting comes from the evidence of Rigor Mortis! Examine the following photos carefully.

rigor mortis (ri’g?r môr’tis) , rigidity of the body that occurs after death. The onset may vary from about 10 minutes to several hours or more after death, depending on the condition of the body at death and on factors in the atmosphere, particularly temperature. Rigor mortis affects the facial musculature first and then spreads to other parts of the body. It is caused by chemical changes in the muscle tissue. The state of rigor usually lasts about 24 hours or until muscle decomposition takes place by acid formation.

The legs are always stiff and usually pointing out away from the center of the cow. The neck is always back as if it had been hanging upside down by its legs. Thats because it was!

##############################################

etc. etc. at th link

Sounds pretty convincing, to me.

It would not explain a percentage of cases but sounds like it might explain half or more.

I appreciate you sharing these articles with me, but my interest in the subject is intermittent, at best.

Please take me off your ping list.
