They have no intention of cutting actual carbon emissions, only the ratio of carbon to GDP. So if their GDP triples their carbon emissions would still rise by 150 to 200%.

They are going to lower their ratio with a massive program to build nuclear power plants. Something that could also be done in the U.S.

I agree. What is really going on? China and India’s refusal to go along with CO2 BS was a reason for those who didn’t believe in global warming to state that our manufacturing would continue to move offshore. The question is why is China aiding Obozo in imposing a carbon tax on the American people.

Absolutely somethign is up for them- as well as for Obama and the scam artists on the left- $$- plain and simple- they get to fine anyone that doesn’t comply, they get to impose taxes and ‘carbon credits’ which go directly into their coffers.
