I read through Breitbart's Big Government website article about this document dump, and learned a little more.

It was on October 1 that CA Attorney General (Jerry Brown - Gov. Moonbeam) announced their investigation of ACORN.

It was on October 9th, just before the CA investigators were to go to that ACORN office to do some investigatin' that the document dump occurred.

The person who retrieved those documents was a local licensed private investigator. He had apparently staked out the office after seeing the videos the two "kids" had taken which started ACORN's scandal-slide, expecting to see coverup type activities; and boy did he!

Very, very interesting. I may need to buy more popcorn.
