These jokers are trying to ‘stretch’ the meaning of the line to include the entire thing.

I quietly replied something like, "I can't wait for the day that he's on a postage stamp."
He looked at me like I was some sort of traitor, but he didn't get my subtle reference. (Actually, most people I repeated that to didn't either. The author is wrong, IMO. The bumper sticker clearly identifies verse 8 as the SOLE scripture reference, not berse 9.
This is merely another instance of conservatives being blamed for what they DID NOT say.
