Personally I think the "silent majority" wasn't fooled by this crock of crap. I know it probably goes back further than this but I remember back in the 1980s reading about how the seas would rise and WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE because of man-made global warming.
Didn't happen.
Of course the press keeps crying wolf anyway.
The only people who think that man-made global warming is a serious problem are the same people who are arrogant enough to believe that man can have any permanent impact on a planet that can, and has, literally thrown away every member of a long line of dominant life forms over the course of over a billion years.

Hah. In the 1970’s Time, Newsweak, et al were trumpeting “global cooling”. A new ice age was surely upon us. They haven’t been right on too much since.

“silent majority” would not include anyone under the age of 18 in public or private schools, or those in our state colleges, and their staff and faculty. Any Green school proudly went along with this 21st Century hippie movement and yowza is it expensive!
