Irrelevant. Obama and the Libs have another year in which to destroy the country.

MSM is silent.

They’re probably too busy running their own polls which will be skewed in favor of Obama and they will trumpet those as the truth.

I look at it this way as God has 1 year to mess Obozo and Dems up so bad so He can destroy them first.

There’s already another thread on this story which can be accessed by visiting http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2390823/posts.

Isn’t it pathetic how Gallup’s accompanying story on this poll goes out of its way to repeatedly claim that this should not doom his re-election chances?

IIRC this would be the fastest a new president went below 50% in modern history.

There was a chart-anyone have a link?

If you read the article, Gallup is clear to point out that Both Clinton and Ronald Reagan also dropped quickly.

So we now have Gallup comparing Obama to Reagan.

BTW, this is/will be the Democrat talking point (justification) over the weekend.

Exactly.

Gallup is an in-the-tank Kool-Aid drinking, pro-Hussein organization. If these boobs say he is at 49%, his real approval must be even lower.

I think Rasmussen is probably more correct....and even though the numbers are relatively close, I think Ras is more accurate at the strong disapproval—40%+.

"Of the post-World War II presidents, Obama now is the fourth fastest to drop below the majority approval level, doing so in his 10th month on the job. Gerald Ford dropped below 50% approval during his third month in office, and Bill Clinton did so in his fourth month. Ronald Reagan, like Obama, also dropped below 50% in his 10th month in office, though Reagan's drop occurred a few days sooner in that month (Nov. 13-16, 1981) than did Obama's (Nov. 17-19, 2009)."

How pathetic; anything they can do to try and prop him up.

Interestingly, they squeezed the horizontal scale to make the decline more “flat”. They should have used 10 points, at most, for each horizontal line to better depict the falling trend.

Me thinks they fail to mention the amount of the drop to get below 50%. You can tell me Gerald Ford ever had the numbers Obama did at inaguration. It’s the steep angle of the drop that is most (or least, in this case) impressive.
