I think that people are especially not impressed by the claim that he farmed out this decision to Eric Holder. Combined with his dithering on Afghanistan it is not filling people with confidence out there. He is proving to be about as decisive as the contestant who has F_RT H__D

Charlie Gibson and George Stephi were congratulating the Pres last night for still having a 56% approval rating.
