CNN aims to please O: Dobbs
NY Post ^ | November 17, 2009 | DAVID K. L I

Lou Dobbs said yesterday CNN was eager to show him the door because its top execs didn't want to offend President Obama.

Dobbs made the claim last night on Fox News Channel's "The O'Reilly Factor," saying he took on President George W. Bush's immigration policy with equal force but didn't draw any CNN flak then.

"I discern more of a difference between then, which was under the Bush administration when I was criticizing, and now, when it is the Obama administration -- and an entirely different tone was taken," said Dobbs.

He claims both Bush and Obama are soft on illegal immigration.

He claims both Bush and Obama are soft on illegal immigration.

A claim that if not already proven, soon will be to everyone’s dissatisfaction. Except the left of course, who would gladly sell out America. Too bad they don’t understand the consequences.

If CNN wants to be “neutral” then as long as criticism is accurate they should be all for it. Obviously, that ain’t the case.

All of the reputable journalists are becoming more open about the Leftist leanings of the MSM and how Obama is getting handled with great sensitivity.

Our government has a vast propaganda arm and people are starting to be told. But will they see it?

There are massive differences between Bush and BO! The point about the STRONG bias of the state run media is not news but, I’m sure, news to viewers of CNN. That is, if they are even capable of understanding truth any longer w/years of being propagandized.

Mr. Dobbs also made - and repeated - the disingenuous claim that CNN policy was to shift away from ‘advocacy journalism’....

While the network may be de-emphasizing the rabid partisan commentators, their story selection and reportorial spin is ‘advocacy journalism’ in its most insidious form....

Exactly! More propaganda from CNN - being neutral. And their firing of Dobbs is proof. Since I’m interested in Dobbs’ voice and not CNN, I’m glad he’s gone!

There are massive differences between Bush and BO!

Not when it comes to invaders. They both have/had the same goal in mind - legalization.

Ain't no 'claim' about it. They both promote wide open borders and demographic destruction of our nation.

I thought the goal of a news organization was to make money. Ya report the news (truthfully) and ya sell adds.
C.N.N. does neither, they simply kiss the ass of this unAmerican marxist p.o.s.
And that is why NO ONE watches the psuedo propaganda are known as cnn.

Both of them soft on immigration for a reason...cheap labor increases profits of the corporations. It isn’t about “we the people of the United States” any longer. It’s about pleasing and filling the pockets of the corporatocracy.

This is the network that looked the other way when it knew about saddam’s acid baths and woodchippers and rape rooms... they did not want to “offend” satan.

Rush started calling it the state run media, which it is. What concerns me is that the government may be literally purchasing the media through backroom deals using the missing stimulus money, which will ultimately make it the state owned media. Traditional notions of conflicts of interest and journalistic independence are no longer receiving even lip service.

My theory is most large airports are run by the cities they serve. Most large cities (and quite a few small cites) are controlled by DemocRats and have been for decades. Therefore, most airports run the Commie Newz Network because that's what the DemocRats want to be run. And, to think the Dims claim they don't support torture......
