We need to organize an onformational handle on these guys, the goivernment won;t do it, and has prevented a Congressional Probe. See post #19 & 21. The short answer to your question is that it does not exists. If it is anywhere, it is in that CAN video, but I have looked at length online for the list and can only come up with about 1/3 of the locations.
I have also tried to post the map cited in that post url and it has disappeared twice.
