Mother sold the child last week into underground slavery. Last seen on a hotel video camera.

They have now charged the devoid McNeil (who was in jail with charge of Kidnapping) with rape and murder of this little girl.
Investigation is continuing so no further information given about the mother’s charges - additional or the ones she already had.
The McNeil crud now charged with rape and murder.
No word on the “mother”....charges.
