I disagree with the general consensus that the Couric interview went badly for Palin. Even after the hideously unfair and slanted editing process, the slights against Sarah are more rude insults than anything else. To even remotely consider that a governor of a state doesn't read or understand the workings of the world is just slander - and perverse, schoolyard slander at that. Couric has made a career of pandering to the absolute lowest, crudest, nastiest level of liberal female bitchiness - to judge Palin's accomplishments by her crude insults, and her grotesquely obvious and openly malicious bias, is absurd. Palin’s only real mistake was deigning to talk to the conniving bitch in the first place.
