Civilian police officer acted quickly to help subdue alleged gunman
Despite Army efforts, no catch-all test for troubled soldiers
Perhaps they ought to at least come up with a catch-all test for, you know, jihad soldiers, maybe?
A simple oath would do.
“Do you solemnly swear, on this pound of bacon, that your first loyalty is to the United States?”
and, as a side benefit, weed out all the PETA types.
