If terrorism charges are added, then the Federal government takes the case over ... it supercedes the military.

Does the fact that one of the deceased was a civilian change the jurisdiction? Or is this just a case where the Fed gets to decide what they want to do and the military is not the decider?

I want to stress that I am not an expert. But I have been reading a lot of articles about whether Hasan will be tried by the military or the Federal governemtn.

I am not an expert. :)
