The traditional English punishment for treason was hanging, drawing and quartering...that would work pretty well on this clown....

Was the first thing he asked for a computer with internet access so he could login to DU for moral support?
It wouldn’t surprise me.

We should also apologize to the desk that Hasan jumped on.

I hope they let him know it was a woman who took him down! and I further hope when he's well enough to eat, they feed him eggs and BACON.

Yes I am sure he is well guarded. He is supposed to be dead. The Mujihadists will kill him before he reveals his contacts.
Watch HOLDER get active and make sure his CAIR lawyers
get to see him way before Army Investigators do.

Question Can a psychiatrist claim an insanity defense? Yes, and much more skillfully than a layman.

You will definitely throw something when you read this. I entertained an idea of my own jihad on these ‘reporters.’
from today’s Media Research Center email:
1. ‘Cringe’ That Mass Killer a Muslim Since It ‘Inflames’ Right Wing, ‘That Makes It Much Worse’
Newsweek’s Evan Thomas regretted the Fort Hood mass murderer, Major Nidal Hasan, is a Muslim because of how that reality will be abused by conservatives. On this weekend’s Inside Washington, Thomas, now Editor at Large with Newsweek after stints as Assistant Managing Editor and Washington bureau chief, rued: “I cringe that he’s a Muslim. I mean, because it inflames all the fears. I think he’s probably just a nut case. But with that label attached to him, it will get the right wing going and it just — I mean these things are tragic, but that makes it much worse.” NPR’s Nina Totenberg soon chimed in with agreement: “It really is tragic that he was a Muslim.”

Does not seem to make much of a difference which court will have jurisdiction. The leftists control both. The convicted murderer, Sgt Akbar, who murdered fellow servicemen by a grenade attack in the Kuwaiti desert in 2003 is still awaiting his punishment. Here it is 2009 and his death sentence has not been carried out and probably never will be.

The question now is whether we need to go back and apologize to the families of Mohammed Atta and his gang for mislabeling them as terrorists during their clearly psychotic breakdown on 9/11. The ALLEGED 9-11 hijackers... < /mediaplaybook >

They don’t need to identify him by anything but his name. Everybody knows it now..so they imply neither guilt or innocence.

It'll be interesting when he starts his "PTSD Defense Tour" of the interview shows and such, and starts spouting the exact same things that Olberman, Matthews, DU, Huffington Post, Obama, etc. have been saying about the war.
Maybe, finally, some Americans will put two and two together and not get, "Well, it depends on how you look at it, and it's all just a matter of opinion, and all points of view are valid."

Its a legalism. Until convicted by a court of law, the press has to refer to him as the alleged or suspected killer. . .
Forgive me, but I never studied “Has-To Law” in law school.
Is this a federal law, state law, administrative rule, or are you just an amateur making stuff up?

Why do they keep calling him the suspect? Serious question. He IS the shooter.
