@ Post #3 - Look what happened to Cap and Trade though. I don't think Obamacare is going to pass the Senate, the votes aren't there.
Of course it'll pass the House because by tradition the House is the faster of the two deliberative bodies.

Do they really NEED the votes to pass it?
Seems like lately they’ve been doing SO many things that are unconstitutional that they could just change the voting rules on a whim and get away with it.
I expect a strong push from them for a removal of POTUS term limits.
