It doesn’t need overturning because it is not law yet. It still has to get through the senate and all manner of things can happen to it then. Crap and trade was passed last summer by the house and is still floundering. Why is that? Think about it. Dumbocare will likely go the same route.

And there are many other examples of “it won’t happen” happening.
Then Boxer passed Cap and Trade out of her committee illegally and set off a firestorm with Baucus who is now mad at Reid and Boxer.
