POLITICO reports:

Hours before an expected vote on a sweeping health care bill, House Democrats believe they've secured the 218 votes they need to approve the bill, several party insiders said.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi took to the House floor about 6:30 p.m. to say, “Today we will pass the Affordable Health Care for America Act.. . .We will make history. We will also make progress for America's working families."

Thirty-two Democrats have publicly declared their opposition to the bill, giving party leaders the narrowest possible margin to push the bill across the finish line. But numerous sources said Democrats believe they do have the votes after a day of intense lobbying of wavering Democrats.

Forget about "Republicans" or "Democrats" - they are the same. We CONSERVATIVES are the last, best, and only chance this republic has. It is not only our right, it is our DUTY to organize, grow, strengthen, and prevail against the EVIL which has enveloped our nation.

I really don't mean to sound so "over the top", but the House of Representatives has begun a "long train of abuses" which we must reject swiftly and without fear. This is about God and country. This is about the future of of our Republic.

Yea, lets wait until cap and trade , immigration and the fairness doctrine are all passed. By then it will be way way way too late. I’m not trying to bust your chops my friend but understand , these bill will never be reversed once they are passed. No one will ever run and win on the platform of “ I’m going to take back your freebees”. It never happened once , ever in our history.
I promise future generations will write that we blew the chance to save America . Personally I don’t believe there is much chance of this country ever being anything near what it was only a very very short time ago.

It’s a start . Again, LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATION ARE NEEDED.
I do not have those skills on such a grand level. Someone who has gotten serious attention and has real national face time and respectability needs to put their neck out and go for broke. someone like Levin could pull it off. This is the time , NOW! Does ANYONE on here doubt that this is only the start ? I meam , lets wake up folks. This is a RADICAL left wing take over of the USA .Obama plans on full control and destruction of everything we know , everything this country was. We have the ENEMY of AMERICA in the White house. this is a nightmare beyond words. Look what this monster has already tried to do in a few short months. It’s bare bones fact s.
