OK
so I cannot afford to pay for a plan so I get fined

but I have no money otherwise I would have bought a plan

so they fine me more

still have no money so now they send me to jail

Now I get free health care in jail

The left have gone completely nuts they support bills they do not read, the voters for them vote for those who do not read bills and then they come out wit this mess and say it is good and then left sheep follow blindly again

I’m sure Nan and Zero will have the civilian force confiscate your property (if you have any) to help pay for your share of the cost of the “”redistribution spreading”.

No. Financial inability to pay for insurance is not considered "willful behavior" [see posted article] and thus you would not be subject to fines. (This is different from, say, car insurance. The state doesn't care whether you can or cannot afford car insurance, you just damn well better be insured.)

Inability to pay for insurance will get you into Medicaid (or Medicare, if you're old enough) or into the public option. It will get your dependent children into S-CHIP or something like S-CHIP.

This is somewhat how the Japanese manage it: Everyone has to be insured, whether it's through work or their version of the public option. Even foreign visitors in the country for extended stays (usually 6 months) must buy their own insurance or they get booted out.
