If you want to change this, you would have to repeal or amend the 14th Amendment.
And that is not going to happen.

While the fourteenth amendment may apply to children born in the United States (United States v. Wong Kim Ark) of illegal immigrants, exactly how does it apply to illegal aliens?
Would it also under your interpretation also give them the right to vote as well?
