I could be wrong on this, but I am pretty sure that all officers got a Secret Clearance. It could just be line officers. In the 90’s, all commo people got a minimum of secret.

You’re probably right that he’ll try that (if he survives), but he may have a harder time pulling it off than you might think.
There’s another post that says he was on the fed’s radar over some threats related to suicide bombing. So it looks to me like he may have to establish that he was a raving loon for the better part of a year, and not that he suddenly snapped today at Ft. Hood.
I hope he gets to go to Portsmouth Naval Prison where he can be Sodomized by some Marines.
I’m sure there are some other places that would do as well.
