The sad thing is, the people in the military who were supposed to be watching out for this sort of thing are also “your brothers”. It looks like there were a lot of warning signs, just not clear how far back they started, but definitely wasn’t just yesterday.

It definitely mentioned Damascus before. However, the 1990 graduation date would have had Hasan only 20 years old, so maybe it was bogus.
Also, before, it did mention the Uniformed Services University F. Edward Hébert School of Medicine, but had the name screwed up.
Also, it used to show Hasan's address as 5913 Kara Pl, Burke, VA.

Given that Obama will no doubt defend Muslims serving in the US military as fellow “patriots,” defenders of freedom, etc, and given that he’s made the same arguments about gays, I have a proposal. Let’s repeat Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, and require that all homos and Muslims declare themselves to be such. Then put them all in the same division and stand back. ;-)
