Good observation. They are usually very quick to tell us that it isn’t a terrorist attack. With 2 or 3 shooters and many victims, on an Army base, it can safely be presumed to be terrorism related until demonstrated otherwise.

On MSNBC, I heard General McCafferty state that he didn't believe that it was a terrorist attack, and that instead, he believes it was a criminal enterprise.
Can you believe it?
