Usually, the jihadis end up dead not captured which makes this seem like something else. OTOH, it appears 3 individuals are involved which makes it a coordinated action along the lines of some type of terror operation. Plus, ACUs are easy to come by (I can get plenty at a local thrift store).
Prays for the victims and that all involved are apprehended.
