I never said one thing against Michele. I think Michele and Sarah are awesome, but this was Michele’s rally and Sarah didn’t need to be there.
Hahah! In louisiana you learn to know who the tipplers are just by looking at them. My guess is he drinks gin on the rocks,,,hahahah!

About 50 or so showed up and, of course, her office was closed. We stood around, talked, some wrote their letters there. A guard gathered up our letters in a plastic sack & promised to give to her staff. Josh, from Emerson’s office talked to us & answered some questions. There was strong anti Emerson sentiment in the crowd. Bob Parker may have a good chance to unseat her.

Went toe to toe w/ my Gov’t prof. for 50 min. yesterday about tea party, Owens/Skanofava, and healthcare. Conservatives still have teeth!
Considering the short amount of time given, there was a good turn out. We stood in back down the hill so couldn’t see (and could hardly hear) the speakers. Heard there was an 80 year old priest arrested in the Cannon Building after he tore up a sheet of the healthcare bill. He was carried outside, some officers holding his feet, others his hands. He collapsed and was taken away by an ambulance. Also heard that the sack o sh!t Gerry Connolly, D from Fairfax VA threatened a visiter telling her it would be a felony for her to continue to try to speak with him ... something like that. The lines were very long, so we’ll be back to visit our reps.

NBC News (Kelly O’Donnell) has just reported on this, giving more time to the AARP and AMA endorsements, but not before showing some footage of the rally today, followed by reporting of the people arrested in Pelosi’s office, implying that they were on our side!!!!!! Outrageous.
