Back in the 80’s I used optical tracking on fast movers as a way to avoid detection. It seems to have really matured in the last 20 years.

The missiles struck a house in Norak, a small village in the N Waziristan’s Mir Ali area, at around 1:30 am (2030 GMT Wednesday). The attack killed four insurgents.

KABUL : Chief of Hezb-e-Islami Gulbudin Hekmatyar has disclosed that Osama Bin Laden is alive, Aaj News reported on Monday.
In his video message, he said that if the United States announces to pull out its forces from Afghanistan, it will be given save exit.
Hekmatyar was of view that owing to wrong strategy of al Qaeda Taliban government was toppled.
He further said that his network is spread across Afghanistan, adding he has no link to Haqqani network.
Former Afghan Prime Minister said that the US was not able to reach Kabul without the assistance of Pakistan. In this situation it will be like a joke that Pakistan was assisting the Mujahideen.
He further revealed that Russia and Iran had planned to invade Afghanistan with the support of Ahmed Shah Masud. Moscow had decided to send 17,000 troops to Afghanistan, he added.
