Wow, this is amazing with all the corruption in that state. Let us pray this continues, NJ needs a decent governor. My understanding is that the black vote was not out today like one year ago.

Statewide vote totals (what per cent of precincts reporting)? Results from a particular precinct?
Without such contextual information, this information is useless.
