Organized voter fraud (a la ACORN) should carry the death penalty. Dead people still vote for Dems.
The real answer is we should have nuked Stalin in '46; and summary execution of all the Communist moles in the 40's and 50's.
But a good start would be signature-matched photo-IDs to be allowed to vote.

Paper ballots that can be tied to a legal voter for purposes of random audit. Any funny business, and it is off to jail.

This is a war and this should be one of the more important issue to save US democracy!
