That’s exactly where the voting belongs with much fewer exceptions to the rules for absentee ballots, and a foolproof system to enable military votes to be counted.

The Democrats over the years have increased their ability for fraudulent elections ie; Motor-Voter, loosening rules for mail ballots, registration drives, etc. for one reason and one reason only, and that’s because they cannot win in a legitimate contest.

Their mischief of the years must be undone, and soon.

You want to talk about not being purged? I moved out of New Jersey 19 years ago and they still mail a sample ballot to my parents house despite the fact that I have called the county board of elections on numerous occasions to tell them that I no longer reside in the state.

New Jersey has gone in the exact opposite direction. Absentee ballots are available to any voter for any reason. In fact, you don't even need a reason to vote absentee.

And at this point you've already have a lawyer representing the Democratic State Committee basically telling the Corzine appointed Secretary of State Nina Mitchell Wells, Esq. that the thousands of absentee ballots received and suspected of being illegitimate based on signature comparisons by county boards of election be counted. So effectively what they are asking for is for every absentee ballot to be counted with no criteria for review as to the accuracy of the request!

This has been an ongoing trend since the Bush Gore race in 2000. We've seen an explosion of various ways in which election fraud could proliferate, be it through “motor voter”, increased access to absentee ballots, provisional ballots, and the like.

Somebody reported on Hugh Hewitt’s radio program today that SEIU and ACORN have been going into hospitals and nursing homes in NY23 registering the elderly and sick and filling out absentee and/or provisional ballots for them.

I don’t know to what extent that’s been verified.

Voter fraud should be a felony. Organized voter fraud (a la ACORN) should carry the death penalty.

Agreed - it should come under the "Offences against the Law of Nations" of Article 1, Section 8, Clause 10 of the Constitution, and be punished the same as piracy (also in that section); i.e, death.
