A sad story out of Virginia, where a 25-year-old woman, who was training to be a Washington Redskins cheerleader, has come down with a rare neurological disorder days after receiving a seasonal flu vaccination. Now she can hardly walk forward without severe contortions or speak normally. But amazingly, she can walk backwards, run forward and speak just fine as long as she's running.
The question is, did the flu shot cause this? Watch the story from Inside Edition:

This is fear mongering, any medical procedure has side effects and rarely severe morbidity and even mortality. You need to weigh the risks and benefits of any drug or procedure you have done.
I heard today that two chemicals used in making flu vaccines are formaldehyde and mercury. Both are dangerous to humans. God only knows what else is in them.
I just wonder how much of today’s vaccines are being produced in China. They spend far less than us for quality control, and people have gone paralyzed by some of their neuro-treatment shots, so I’ve heard. Even the best quality standards allows a certain amount of mercury in those things, far more than they would allow in your fillings.
That is easier to say as long as it doesn’t happen to you. The last time they did the swine flu thing in 1976 that shot put me in the hospital for a few days. No thanks this time around.
haven’t looked at the video yet but she sounds like a blonde.
Fake but real?
After my weighing of the benefits of this shot, maybe 7 days of flu vs. a lifetime of disability, my decision is easy.
Well I have had cancer, 7 major operations (9 minor) and a host of other problems. When it comes to vaccines you need to ask if it is worth it? Is getting a tetanus shot worth while? I think most would say yes, is a flu shot worth while? I think most would say no.
The vaccine gave her the runs? Run, don’t walk, to your doctor for your shot!
Father-in-law went to ER last week and was admitted to intensive care in critical condition. Flu shot taken a week earlier caused muscle degeneration, difficulty talking, 102 fever for a week. Was moved out of icu after 3 days. Still isn’t ready to leave the hospital after 1 week of care. Was in perfect shape with a full time job and is 83 years old. Don’t take the flu shot.
There is also squalene in the H1N1 vaccine. It causes Auto Immune Disorders. This reaction in the unfortunate woman is not surprising to me. You all will be seeing a lot more of this kind of thing, but what the heck, right? If you take the shot, maybe you won’t get the Swine Flu... I want to see Congress, Obamaczarnation, & all State Officials fearlessly take the shot before I tell ‘em where to stick it!
I have on my desktop a list, from the CDC, of what is in most vaccines. If you want it, freepmail me and (tomorrow) I will see if I can somehow link it, don’t think I can copy it and have it readable.
A few things in many vaccines:
dog kidney
monkey kidney
I think another kind of kidney
human serum
human other stuff including IIRC placenta
formaldehyde
various preservatives and chemicals
and of course mercury
Makes you want to puke your guts up.
There are no adjuvants in the swine flu aka H1N1 vaccine in the US. So far. Unless they are all lying, in which case how would anyone know? The manufacturers and the CDC (not that I hold them in high esteem) say there are (so far) no adjuvants in the US vaccine, although they have bulk “ingredients” on hand in case they “need” them. IOW if the flu gets much worse and they don’t have enough vaccine or something.
The Canadian vax has adjuvants in it, for most people.
The most common adjuvant is squalene, can’t remember the funny code name with letters/ numbers/ There are other adjuvants too.
Needless to say, I will not be getting a vax of any sort.
How do you know it was the shot and not the flu itself? Sometimes people are incubating flu at the same time they get the shot, or contract it right after.
Not saying vaxes are wonderful things, but what you describe sounds like swine flu symptoms as well.
It is most likely a combination of flu shot reaction - statin myopathy and hives. But the symptoms didn’t start until the flu shot. Not everyone has a bullet-proof immune system.
My wife and I have been taking 6000 D3 a day since August. She is a school teacher and every year catches whatever flu the kids bring to school whether she has taken the annual flu shot or no. This year there have been two bouts of flu already and at least one was the H1N1. She did not bring it home and I have not been afflicted either. I normally don’t get whateer it is, anyway, though.
I agree.
No, the question is, is there a neurophysiologic explanation for this, or is it a scam?
