I wanna make a Cassoulet, soon!
Lotsa work, but man, dat’s good eatin’
One of these cold winter days, I’m gonna spend all day doin’ that..
Gonna let it simmer on the top of the woodstove!
I am supposing that you make “cassoulet” with duck? I
have never had anything made with duck that I know of.
Thats what winter days and wood stoves are for.
Why waste the heat? LoL
I always cook slow cooking stuff in the cool weather
