Will she have to come up with the 20K?
To: Elderberry
Not to “purse” an appeal?
Is that supposed to be pursue? or is “purse” some legal term Im not aware of?

This Notice of Appeal is certainly unusually long.

Orley should have her own reality show.

I seem to remember that she has to pay the 20K by the 30th (could be wrong about the date), appeal or no appeal.
If she won the appeal, the money would be refunded.

I heard that Orly Taitz was trapped in an experimental flying saucer in Colorado. Anybody else see it?

Yes, eventually. I wonder if the COA can increase the amount?

Will she have to come up with the 20K? Not any time soon.
To: Elderberry
Will she have to come up with the 20K?No, of course not.
Ms Taitz publicly stated that she'd have Obama out of office in 30 days.
I'm sure President Biden will pardon the $20K in thanks for the bump in pay.

This most certainly will be interesting. There may well be a response to it before Judge Carter issues his ruling in CA.

Will she have to come up with the 20K? I think that she's working on increasing it to $40K.
To: Elderberry
Will she have to come up with the 20K? Unless Orly gets a stay order from Judge Land or the 11th Circuit, or files an appeal bond, the U.S. Attorney's office can collect the $20,000 while the appeal is pending (but must refund anything collected if she wins the appeal).
To: Elderberry
I used to think that Orly was a hoot. Now, I’m not so sure. It’s like laughing at a disabled person trying to get out of an upended wheelchair. Makes me feel uneasy.
