Looking for evidence of Obama's past, Fox News contacted 400 Columbia University students from the period when Obama claims to have been there, but none remembered him.
Wayne Allyn Root was, like Obama, a political science major at Columbia who also graduated in 1983. In 2008, Root says of Obama, "I don't know a single person at Columbia that knew him, and they all know me.
I don't have a classmate who ever knew Barack Obama at Columbia. Ever! Nobody recalls him. I'm not exaggerating, I'm not kidding." Root adds that he was also, like Obama, "Class of '83 political science, pre-law" and says, "You don't get more exact or closer than that. Never met him in my life, don't know anyone who ever met him.
At the class reunion, our 20th reunion five years ago, who was asked to be the speaker of the class? Me.
No one ever heard of Barack! And five years ago, nobody even knew who he was. The guy who writes the class notes, who's kind of the, as we say in New York, the macha who knows everybody, has yet to find a person, a human who ever met him. Is that not strange?
It's very strange." Obama's photograph does not appear in the school's yearbook and Obama consistently declines requests to talk about his years at Columbia, provide school records, or provide the name of any former classmates or friends while at Columbia.

NOTE: Root graduated as Valedictorian from his high school, Thornton-Donovan School, then graduated from Columbia University in 1983 as a Political Science major (in the same class as President Barack Obama WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN IN)
He didn't belong to any Fraternities? He didn't join any student organizations? No photos?

I take it that he is in as "Obama" and not "Soetoro" or you would have said something about this.
The alumni directory is from several years before Obama became a senator, and he's in there as "Barack Obama", '83, Political Science major.
I don't dispute that he was there. I'm just wondering exactly what program he was doing in his one year there, such as a dedicated study with his mentors in Third World Marxism, union thuggery, and how to bring down this country by using its own laws against it.

Yeah you would think that Columbia would be crowing like hell that one of their alums is now occupying the White House. And then he makes a commencement speech at notre dame instead of his alma matter. Wonder why?
Wasn’t it while he was attending Columbia that he spent one summer in Pakistan with his Muslim room mate? I always wondered what nationality he had on his passport? I had read that all his room mates at Columbia were Muslim, which was strange...
Who knows what they may find under any of the aliases known.
If true ?/ that he had several social-security cards, will be hard to chase down.

You just summarized my college career. I lived off campus and commuted 25 miles to class. I had a very, very small circle of friends. I did not have my own car and did not join any organizations, but I did manage to attend a lot of football games. I ain’t in any year books either. I have my transcripts, my commencement program, and important textbooks.
Maybe he would be flying too close to the fire. Someone might double-check.

He was in the running to be the Libertarian presidential candidate, so it goes without saying.
I have always said that there should be hoards of former classmates that would remember him, “Hey I remember when we had English Lit together, who’d have thought he’d be president one day!”. I mean, he’s Mr. Popular, right?
Nope, no friends (this guy has no friends, where are they?), no background, h*!!, we can’t even find out what hospital this guy was born in, or country, or wonderful articles written while editor, or term papers or transcripts, nothing. This guy is a FRAUD.
Everyone in the GOP is AFRAID to ask legitimate questions, oh no, we can’t do that, but we’ll stand up for our constituents, yeah, send some $$, we’ll stand up for you for sure!!

“I went to Columbia with Obama” does yield three results, but one of them is asking why nobody ever says this and one is basing it on the years attended but appears to say that they don’t remember him. The third is a HuffPost commenter who thinks Obama isn’t very bright.

Columbia, I presume, has verified that he did graduate in 1983.
I knew a guy who flunked out of college. So he faked a transcript from another college and got himself admitted as a senior at a university with a 4.0 GPA.
Obama could have done the same thing.
Although, you would think Obama had to have gone somewhere. He is clearly intelligent, albeit evil. Maybe he went somewhere else, where is grades were less than stellar. And then faked the Columbia transcript to get into Harvard. Anybody have an address for Obama during the Columbia years? Could he have gone to school in Hawaii?
Correct me if I'm wrong but every person that Mr. Root knew at Columbia would also know him in return? Isn't that how it's supposed to work?
