Looking for evidence of Obama's past, Fox News contacted 400 Columbia University students from the period when Obama claims to have been there, but none remembered him.

Wayne Allyn Root was, like Obama, a political science major at Columbia who also graduated in 1983. In 2008, Root says of Obama, "I don't know a single person at Columbia that knew him, and they all know me.

I don't have a classmate who ever knew Barack Obama at Columbia. Ever! Nobody recalls him. I'm not exaggerating, I'm not kidding." Root adds that he was also, like Obama, "Class of '83 political science, pre-law" and says, "You don't get more exact or closer than that. Never met him in my life, don't know anyone who ever met him.

At the class reunion, our 20th reunion five years ago, who was asked to be the speaker of the class? Me.

No one ever heard of Barack! And five years ago, nobody even knew who he was. The guy who writes the class notes, who's kind of the, as we say in New York, the macha who knows everybody, has yet to find a person, a human who ever met him. Is that not strange?

NOTE: Root graduated as Valedictorian from his high school, Thornton-Donovan School, then graduated from Columbia University in 1983 as a Political Science major (in the same class as President Barack Obama WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN IN)

He attended as an International student and received admission and loans, that as a foreign student, would “entitle” him to favorable admissions and loans to finance getting high with Sudiq.

His name was Barry Soetero and that is the name he used, while calling himself a foreign national.

This also necessitated his being dormed with foreign nationals, of a similar background. So he was dormed with Pakistani’s. >p> Make sense?

Is there not one investigative reporter left in America who could track down this story? Or is the story itself off limits because anyone who started asking questions would be labeled racist?

I attended Columbia's School of International Studies the same years that Obama did — 1982-83. The star professors of the program were Jimmy Carter's national security advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski and JFK's Assistant Secretary for for East Asia, Roger Hilsman. If a student was serious about national security and international politics those were the two professors with whom they would have been sure to study. But I have tried to Google search any connection between Obama and those professors and nothing comes up.T here are some comments from Brzezinski regarding Obama's candidacy but no mention of having had him as a student. Based on what is available on the web it appears Obama studied with neither of those esteemed professors. I find that very curious for a student who graduated Columbia with a Political Science degree.

Are we sure Barrack was really there? Inquiring minds want to know.......

No, despite being a Ohio boy, I have never been to Harding's Memorial. (But, being born and having lived a part of my youth in Ohio, I did know who Harding was.)

When a made my initial post, about hoping our current president becoming obscure in history, Harding was the most obscure President I could think of. I doubt anyone outside of a specialized historian, could remember anything Harding did in office. I can only wish that this current one can be that obscure, and as unmemorable as he was as a student, but I fear it is already too late...

Dear Fellow Patriot,
I am happy that you support me in highlighting the positive aspects of our Divinely Appointed(face it dude, there can be no earthly reason I can think of) POTUS' rule over us, the little people of America, whom he so loves that he hardly ever mentions his British birth status anymore. British citizens willing to take on this tiresome and dirty job are not exactly thick on the ground, you know.

Hub and I are working on the Obama Presidential Library almost every day, now. Documents and historical materials from Barack Hussein Obama and Barry Soetoro's past live(s) are literally pouring in. In fact, as soon as we find a place to put the water-proof wheel bearing grease, we are thinking maybe a second shelf!

Obama/Soetoro ain't no mystery to me and Hub.

I think this may be asking a little much. I was at columbia in the years that O was there as well as ayers. heck I lived across the street from the bank street school of education on 112 st.

I keep in touch with a couple guys from school and the neighborhood that I knew from that time. I recall a few professors; I recall the people in my building; I ran into a woman I knew from the day there then; but otherwise I’ve forgotten everybody;

I went to an alumni gathering in DC here a year or two ago. I recognized people I’ve met in the area here but no one I knew from the time I was there.

I graduated with a poly sci degree in 86 from the school of general studies and took Brzezinski as an undergrad.

GS undergrads at the time were definitely second class citizens. It may well be that O was at the School of General Studies.

Maybe Obama got his Columbia U. degree by doing a solid sequence
of “Semester At Sea” ocean cruises. (Heck, he’s cruised effortlessly
all his life!)

Or maybe he did all his academics at Columbia University at Havana.

The opportunity for Columbia General Studies Student, which is what Obama was, to take courses with Brzezinski and Hilsman simply did not exist. This whole thread is having a problem with the idea of Columbia General Studies. But, every large university has a place where practically anyone can register for GS courses, and that includes Harvard and Yale. More important, the university can usually give one credit for previous course work at another school, and nowadays even "life experience," to put one on a degree track. Obviously, BHO, Jr. received credit for his courses at Occidental. Exactly what those were, and what he did there is also very mysterious, beyond being mentored by a gay friend of Bill Ayers, which might, or might not be, how he came to Ayers'attention. We just don't know.

That BHO, Jr. was at Columbia is indisputable. That he received a degree is a proven fact. What academic work he did while there is a complete and utter mystery. We do know that he entered Harvard Law, but we don't know if he took the LSAT. We do know that Percy Sutton recommended him to Harvard (so says Percy Sutton) at the behest of Khalid Mansour, who underwrote the expenses.

Face it, the more one knows about BHO, Jr. (or II), the less one seems to know for sure. The only certainty: His father was a British Subject, and thus BHO, Jr. is not a "Natural Born Citizen," of the USA, making him constitutionally ineligible to run for President. Official America seems unable to deal with that.

Not many students are allowed to transfer in to Columbia College. It has one of the toughest entry requirements in the country because of the small size of their student body classes and high SAT required levels and the required courses you have to complete in the first two years which aren’t necessarily standard anywhere else.

So how did he get in? Maybe because he applied as a forign student from Indonesia. That’s be a cakewalk in the name of diversity.
