This episode strongly reminds me of the Dan Rather-trumped-up TANG report that pretended to claim that W hadn’t reported for duty.

Do you have any ideas how lawsuits come about and are processed through the system?
Instead of smearing him, put up sources validating your statements or shut up. You have no evidence he isn’t purusing action.
Frankly, as a listener since his early days I can’t think of a single instance where Rush has not come out on top, usually way on top. He certainly made some great lemonade out of the lemon that was that silly letter demanding his firing.
My money is Rush!
I don't, and I doubt neither do you. That was my point.
I filter out supposition and conjecture and deal with known facts.
By the way, how do you know Rush has a "fat ass?"
