I’m not sure she’s right on anything, but it appears it’s not a balloon designed to carry people, it’s more of a decoration.
You sure did hear that — living a couple of miles from the US Weather Service and Storm Prediction Center, I thought some of the storm chasers would do almost anything but this takes the cake. Made to track storms and his son climbs into this?
