On the day of President Obama’s glorious Nobel Appease Prize victory, a Taliban henchman gloats in Afghanistan in the aftermath of the Kamdesh siege...
The battle marked the largest loss of U.S. life in a single skirmish in more than a year. Besides the eight Americans slain, three Afghan soldiers and an estimated 100 insurgents died, according to NATO.

Stephan Mace of the Army’s 61st Cavalry Regiment knew the Taliban would be waiting for him when he returned to eastern Afghanistan in September.
During a two-week leave in early September, the 21-year-old specialist sat on his father’s couch in Winchester, Virginia, and discussed his concerns over Forward Operating Base Keating in Kamdesh District, a region known as a Taliban stronghold.
“He talked about the village next to the base, that it had 300 Taliban, and they couldn’t do anything about it because they were in mosques hiding or with other civilians,” says his father, Larry Mace.
“They knew they were there and they couldn’t do anything about it and they killed them.”

The reasons for or against this war aside...
Either fight this war to win or walk away and come home. Simply hanging our soilders out to be ground up and spit out is useless bloodshed. It’s no good for either the civilians or our soilders. If the TaliBan are being supported from a local Mosque, as was indicated in the various articles about this story, then that Mosque needs to be leveled. We leveled churches in Germany during the push to take Germany.
I have lost 2 extended family memebers to WWII, 1 during Vietnam, and currently have 1 family memeber in the Sand Box and another in the Stan.
This is not a personal attack I just refuse to suffer quietly the likes of our current government and their failing to support our troops!
